Charity Bike Ride
On the 14 th of July Michael Huggins will travel up to John O Groats (the most northerly point of mainland Briton) to begin his charity cycle ride all the way down to Lands End, the most southerly point of the British Isles. A journey of more than 1000 miles

The charities that will benefit from his efforts are:

  • Penn Hall School . (Penn Hall is a school for young people, aged 3-19 years, who have physical difficulties as their major disability and have a statement of Special Educational Needs. Based in Wolverhampton the school aims to provide rich, stimulating and successful environment in which children and young adults can develop as well as provide opportunities, experiences, teaching and therapy that will prepare each child for their next stage in life. ) 513383
  • Ghana: For The Source . Ghana: For The Source. Providing clean drinking water is key to stopping poverty: with water comes better health and access to education for children who currently spend huge amounts of time collecting water. Each well costs £1660 and can be a great benefit to each whole village. 1050482
   

On the 15 th of July, Michael will travel from Wick to John O Groats (for a Kodak moment!) where he will officially start his journey.
